- A “Broker” is a financial firm that grants traders access to the global Forex market. Acting as an intermediary, it supplies traders with the necessary software and trading accounts. Each brokerage establishes its own trading conditions, including minimum deposits, leverage ratios, available trading instruments, order execution protocols, and transaction speeds.
- “Client” or “You” refers to an individual who is at least 18 years old and either wishes to create or has already created a TradeOogle Account, seeking to use the website in accordance with these Terms of Service and has been designated as a “Client” under these terms.
- “Registration” is the successful filling of the registration form by the Client that enables to create Client’s TradeOogle Account.
- “Spam” is the Content that consists of any advertisements that are unauthorized by us, links to malicious websites, and any abusive or otherwise unwanted information.
- “Visitor” as an individual who visits our website without creation of account.
- “Website” is the website hosted in domain https://tradeoogle.com/
Working with Us
By signing up on the TradeOogle website and linking a trading account with a specific brokerage firm (referred to as the “Broker”), the Client designates TradeOogle and the Company as his partners and acknowledges his status as an affiliate (i.e., a Client introduced to a Broker). By completing the registration process and agreeing to the Terms of Service, the Client consents to receive emails from TradeOogle, with the option to unsubscribe via the “Subscription Management” section in his personal account.
We will not provide advice on the merits of any trade and will interact with you on an execution-only basis. Our staff are neither authorized nor permitted to offer investment advice. Therefore, you should not consider any proposed trades, suggested trading strategies, or other communications from us as investment recommendations or advice. These do not reflect our views on the suitability of any trade for you or your financial goals. You must rely on your own judgment for any investment decisions related to your account. If you need investment or tax advice, please consult an independent investment or tax adviser.
Rules of Using Website
The Client shall learn the information below and follow the instructions when working with the site. Before adding a trading account number to our system, make sure of the following:
- If you already have an existing account with any of the Brokers listed on our website, first confirm that the Broker permits account transfers to another partner group. You can find this information in the “Re-registration of accounts” section and the “Important” block within each Broker’s profile on the TradeOogle website.
- Check for the minimum lot the selected Broker allows you to trade, and the conditions of the minimum deposit. This information is in the section “Brokers Review”.
- When opening a new trading account with a Broker through TradeOogle, be sure to register via our affiliate link. Never give the password for your trading account and your personal account on the TradeOogle website to anyone, including your relatives, friends, or strangers.
- When registering your account in our system, be sure to indicate your valid and correct email address, contact phone number, and full name, and date of birth.
- Do not violate the Broker’s Trading Operations Regulations on whose website you registered your trading account.
- TradeOogle is not responsible for violations committed by the Client on the Broker’s trading account. Before starting trading on the Broker’s account, the Client is obliged to learn the trading conditions of the Broker with whom he opened an account and try not to violate them.
- There is a risk that the Client’s trades in any Financial Instruments they trade may be or may become subject to tax and/or any other duty, for example because of changes in legislation or his personal circumstances. The Company does not warrant that no tax and/or any other stamp duty will be payable. The Company does not offer tax advice and recommends that the Client seek advice from a competent tax professional if the Client has any questions. The Client is responsible for any taxes and/or any other duty which may accrue in respect of his trades.

TradeOogle may periodically issue and distribute third-party material (the ‘Material’) featuring information on financial market conditions. This Material, available on our Website and other media, is classified solely as marketing communication. It does not constitute investment advice, recommendations, or an offer or solicitation for transactions in financial instruments. Clients should independently evaluate their situation before deciding to engage in any specific transaction.
